This research aims to comprehensively explore the connection between work motivation and the availability of training aircraft on the volume of flying hours. A qualitative method that employs a case study approach with a purposive sampling strategy will be employed to select 32 participants who are directly involved in the training of pilots and have a connection to the utilization of aircraft for this purpose. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and the availability of training aircraft have a significant impact on the total amount of flying time. The motivation of work and the availability of flight training both have an effect on the number of hours of flying, the availability of flight training is the most significant component of this increase. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi apakah metode pembelajaran rolling tempat duduk memengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa D3 Operasi Pesawat Udara di Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi. Untuk mengetahui apakah variasi tempat duduk dapat meningkatkan interaksi, keterlibatan, dan prestasi akademik siswa, maka dari itu metode pembelajaran rolling tempat duduk digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner responden, dimana jumlah sampel ada 46 orang yang berasal dari mahasiswa D3 Operasi Pesawat Udara Angkatan 3. Kemudian, data tersebut akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, anova dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran rolling tempat duduk berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa D3 Operasi Pesawat Udara API Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa metode pembelajaran rolling tempat duduk sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang ada di API Banyuwangi tepatnya untuk mahasiswa D3 Operasi Pesawat Udara Angkatan 3.
